Last year with the decision to release the novel and unveil the legendary "Watchdog", the meltdown at the Fukushima #1 Nuclear Reactor took place.
A world Chairman Iwai scribed 10 years ago, this has now become a reality far closer to our own.

Most of it...about 95% of it was finished. But I didn't release it, or make it into a film. It just lay astray...
